Copacetic Health

literacy | community

Copacetic Health is a family friendly intergenerational and educational podcast focusing on health literacy as a global community. All imperfections commensurate with the joys of podcasting, as well as in honor of the beautiful Japanese tradition of Wabi-sabi. In a world of cheaply made bargains, the social and commercial determinants of health are not jargon! Thank you for taking the time to listen! Ciao, for now.

About:

Hip-Hop has been used to help Brazilian kids learn English when school systems failed to bridge the difficult language gap of Portuguese and patois to American English. It has entertained and enlightened youth…continuing the tradition of African griots (storytellers) and folk singers…This gives plenty of reason for social study, and I don’t know what can be more fun than learning the history of something so relevant to young minds and souls, as music.
